"This is just so tasty, I had a glut of strawberries so used them instead of raspberries and it worked so well. I did find that it took longer than 40 minutes to cook, as above, another 10 minutes or so. One to make again and again!"

"Sorry, but I was so disappointed with this one. Yes the beef was meltingly tender etc, but there was something lacking with the flavour, yes I did follow the recipe to the letter, won't be making this one again."

"Absolutely delish! I think it is essential to use good quality pork from your butcher or farm shop rather than the supermarket (sorry!) as there is usually much less fat in properly reared pork. Don't try & rush it as it is really worth the long slow cooking. I agree with all the comments about the shallots. I used large ones and they were cooked in 25 minutes, very tasty too!"
