"This was a hit with all the family, although it took me a lot longer to prepare and cook. Also, I had to thicken the sauce towards the end of cooking, as it was a little thin. All in all though, a success. A great recipe for feeding a crowd."

"O.M.G. Heaven in a dish! Both my husband and I are on a diet so I halved the recipe and baked it for 15-20 minutes for the kids, who LOVED it! I had to have a taste (in the interest of a fair review!) and it was fabulous! A lovely treat, and so easy to make."
