"Excellent recipe. I used two small chorizo sausages as recommended but for two people and did 200g of rice. I used a mixture of small and tiger prawns. Just enough for dinner and a packed lunch. I added a chopped red pepper, which added an extra colour and gave a slight sweetness which I thought helped. I'd consider adding some chopped chestnut mushrooms too. I had the whole thing done in less than 20 mins too."
