"Absolutely delicious. I too used the whole ball of mozzarella, we all loved it, it's going to be a firm favourite. Although I did it as the recipe, and will do again, it did occur to me that for a really quick mid week meal you could 'cheat' by using ready breaded chicken breasts!"
