"Delicious! I had a few problems with the filo pastry disintegrating when I tried to put it in the tin but, as you're putting more layers on top, it doesn't really matter. The only real difficulty I had was that the pastry browned too quickly, before the filling was cooked, but a sheet of foil over the top solved that problem. Definitely one to make again."

"I'm an inveterate carnivore but I love this just as it is. I've made it with various vegetables depending on what I've got and it's always delicious - the only thing I regularly do differently is to add some chopped garlic to the cheesy toasts, which makes them even better."

"Hooray - I've finally found a lentil salad that I like! I used mozzarella rather than feta and it was lovely, and just as good cold for lunch the next day."

"I seem to be in a minority but I found this a bit disappointing - I increased the quantity of lemon juice and used plenty of seasoning but still found the lentils a bit bland. I might try again with a bit of bacon or chorizo, as several people have suggested, to try and liven it up a bit: I feel that I should like this as it includes several of my favourite ingredients, but it's just not quite there yet."
