"This was a very nice recipe - a good way to use up leftover brie from a dinner party or, in my case, christmas. I agree that the courgettes do not really add any flavour but they are necessary to give the dish texture. I served it with crusty bread and really enjoyed it. "

"This dish does exactly what it says on the tin. It is so reminiscent of childhood when served with hot custard. The sponge recipe is also a really light, fluffy consistency which I use for fairy cakes!"

"When I made this dish as a last minute dinner I omitted the mozzarella as I didn't have any. Tasted really good served with mustard mash. It is a ood last minute dish as the ingredients are usually in the fridge. "

"I made this last night as a treat for my pie-fanatic boyfriend. He said it was one of the best meals he's ever had! I did change it quite a bit however - left out the mushrooms, added 1/2 a beef stock cube and made a shortcrust pastry base and and a puff pastry lid. The meat was tender and really flavoursome although I would advise adding a bit more wine as it really did reduce down to leave only just enough gravy for the pie filling and it would have been nice to have some left over to pour on the mash! Definitely one to try. "

"I made this on bank holiday monday as needed to make something quick and yummy - I wasn't disappointed. Thought the flavours were lovely and quite subtle. Used linguine as I prefer it. Only thing was that because the creamy/cheese mixture is not heated up at all, I found that despite it being mixed with the hot pasta, it was only lukewarm when I served it up. "
