"Wow! This cake is ridiculously easy to make and tastes lovely. The bonus is that it looks like something you would pay a fortune for in a fancy coffee shop. Have made it three times now and may try again with different fruit."

"These are absolutely delicious! Very easy to make too. I used half milk and half dark chocolate and they went down a treat with children and adults alike. I might try a more grown up version next time with pistachio nuts."

"What a great recipe! I cooked this for dinner this evening and couldn't believe that something so easy could taste and look so good. I used extra chicken breasts and doubled the rice ingredients to feed four of us. The one remaining chicken breast I shall have in a wrap for my lunch tomorrow with salad and raita!"

"I,m so impressed with this recipe. I used Boursin in place of the other cheeses and left out the mustard. Very quick and easy to make and loved by the whole family. Served it with Rosti potatoes and steamed broccoli. A winner!"
