"So easy to make. Had it for a lunch with salad outside on a suuny satuarday afternoon. I totally recommend this for a fantastic prepare ahead starter for a dinner party, or a tapas course. "

"I doubled the spice in the crumb mix and it was delicious. To make it even easier I oven roasted the vegetables and added courgette and redpepper. I was worried it would be a little dry so I mixed a bit of harissa, mayonnaise and lemon juice together and did a little chefy swoosh alongside the lamb for presentation"

"Really, really nice. I used Mission Flatbreads which are quite thick and very authentic. You can get them in most supermarkets. Definately Morrisons and Tescp"
