"really nice and very simple to make! made as individual portions. I found another similar recipe in one of my cook books - it has cherries in the layers and cherry brandy mixed with coffee - will try next time :)"

"tasted good and I was surprised at how tender the pork was - normally i avoid pork unless its done in my slow cooker. But this method was ace - will use again and try with different marinades"

"Tasted ok - but came out very watery. would use less milk and cream next time - or perhaps leave the mushrooms out as they turned the dish an unappealing greyish colour."
