"Very easy and quick dish! We loved this! We used jersey potatoes and the heads of puple sprouting brocoli to make our mash which was delicious! The dressing left sprinkled round the plate looks great when served. The longer we left the meat in the dressing the better it tasted! Have now done several times and still love and not getting bored of!"

"Wow! This is a gorgeous dish! The dulce de leche is in a squeezy jar so you can really get giddy with the amount you can evenly spread! We used Cadburys dairy milk for the topping and its fantastic! Just watch out that you dont burn the peanuts as you roast them. A truly scrummy dish!!!"

"My family have always said that my mum makes the best lasagne in the world! That was until they tasted mine! I now have to make it at least once a week! They had no idea that this was a lower fat alternative. I add oregano and mixed herbs and plenty of pepper! This is a very tasty dish and the tomatoes on top finish the dish off nicely!"
