"I must have done something wrong as my topping was very gooey and did not seem to be the right consistency at all. I felt that I could have done with a bit more liquid so that it would cover the top of the ramekin easily instead of which it turned out to be a blob! I followed the quantities exactly but think that it may be because I folded the dry ingredients ito the stiff egg white and not the other way around. Could this be it? Any ideas please?"
