"Am practising some courses for a dinner party, so thought I'd try this for our dessert. It took absolutely ages, with all the leaving to cool and then leaving overnight, but I have to say it was worth it. The blueberries with the lime zest were particularly wonderful, so I think I've found the dessert I've been looking for!"

"All of my family really enjoyed this dish. As above, I would agree that it was quite easy to make, so don't be put off by keen cook tag. We served with spanish potatoes and some julienne carrots."

"Quick and easy to make. The sea bass had a lovely delicate flavour. Served with some steamed baby veg, would possibly try it with some rice next time. Very impressed."

"This was very quick and easy to make. Taste wise it could have done with a stronger cheese perhaps goats cheese. The nuts added a lovely texture and made a nice change from breadcrumbs. We found that the mushrooms needed slightly longer and so finished off in the oven. "

"I have just attempted to make this, but appear to have far more filling than I do biscuit base. Has anyone else noticed this or have I just done something terribly wrong! Anyway have put the extra filling into ramekins to eat on their own. I'll let you know how it turns out when we've eaten it."
