"Looks great. Has anyone tried freezing it? I have loads of pears and would like to make it for dinner for friends in Decemeber."

"I made this a few years ago from the good food mag, to go with my Christmas goose. Fantastic. I am about to make it again as the pears in my garden are good this year. I always seal the jars while they are still hot because a) There will be less air (it is denser of cold) b) it helps create a better seal. This helps to preserve it. As for shelf life no idea - mine didn't make it past Christmas!"

"I thought this looked lovely. When making it I tasted the cheese mixture - um lovely with the lemon and vanilla seeds. But some how the chocolate didn't add to it and it didn't quite get the wow factor I expected. Maybe chocolate cheesecakes don't work. I may try it again but put fruit in the layers instead."

"What can I say to add to these comments - just try it. it is Great. the chicken pamesan topping took longer to brown and crisp but that may be becasue I had the grill too low. Lovely moist and tasty.... veg great too. I used fresh green beans instead of peas."

"I made these tonight. SO EASY. I had never used Filo pastry so I watched the video (helpful) and they turned out great. Mind you 4 leeks is a lot. I made 4 parcels and cooked 4 leeks and still didn't use all the mixture - which was OK as I served it as a sauce. Does anyone know if you can make them in advance or even freeze them? I will just have to try."
