"This is a lovely recipe, the pork was delicious, but I did have problems getting the crackling crisp. Any suggestions? I was thinking of removing it and crisping it separately on day 2"

"Not a lover of microwave cooking, I do this in a pan on the stove top. It always goes down with my teenage sons and can be varied in loads of ways. This will feature time and time again in my house."
