    "The flavor was right, but the consistency was totally off. Two medium sized eggs for the choux was way too much and my mixture became too runny to pipe after adding just over one, so it wasn't too pretty. That and the custard didn't set right (probably a fault of my own, though). It was a disaster. A delicious disaster which I just tossed in a bowl with custard and ate without the frills, but a disaster nonetheless! "

    "I made these for an after school/work snack for my partner and stepdaughter. I didn't have a food processor, so I did it the old fashioned way and giggled like a child as I mushed through the dough. The end result was perfection, and I had a lovely nostalgic trip that has put me in a good mood all day!"

    "This looks lovely, but the whole concept of suet is really off-putting to me. I live in Norway (land of completely strange food) and I still can't imagine baking with cow lard. Is there anything else I can use in replacement of it? It's not common to use it in baking here, thus really unlikely I will find a replacement anywhere. Any advice would be super!"
