"this is the holy grail of recipes, can be prepared in advance, endless variations, few ingredients, dead easy, super tasty. used boursin light with garlic and herbs. used normal bacon, not streaky which i think improved presentation. it stayed very neat and attractive, and the filling didn't leak. used dijon mustard. but had to cook a little longer, as i had big boobs! went to boursin.com, as i would like to adapt this filling to use with other meats or fish."

"My husband, myself, 9 and 7 year old, all loved this. Very warming on a rainy day. I upped the vegetables, put in an extra tin of green lentils, added some new potatoes, and adapted the recipe for my slow cooker. (7 hours on low, increase stock to nearly cover, and put tinned lentils in for last 4 hours). Piping hot and delicious! Plenty of leftovers for the next night too, which was the idea."

"Didn't have any leftover cooked chicken, so I quickly cut 2 large chicken breasts, cut them into strips, and stir fried them. I warmed 2 tortillas at a time in the mircrowave for 30 secs, then spread each one with 2 tsp of hoisin sauce, added the chicken, cucumber and spring onion, and rolled up. I had enough ingredients to make approx 6 tortillas. Husband and I loved them. Kids found the hoisin too strong, so we spread theirs with mayo instead. Thanks for a quick, healthy, and tasty recipe."

"I read all the reviews first, adding garlic, extra toms, anchovies to jazz it up, but it was only okay, not great, still bland. I didn't think it special enough to serve for a dinner party. Also thought that the calories and sat fat per serving were very high. for the kids, I think it might be better with just a good plain cheddah cheese sauch with mustard. think I could adapt the recipe, as liked the idea of not having to poach the fish first. Sorry to disagree with everyone.xx"

"have given this one 5 stars because hubby, myself, 6 year old and 9 year old all liked it, which makes it a keeper. It is not too spicy, has a certain sweetness to the sauce which compliments the prawns. kids said the bok choi tasted 'juicy', and they love the dangly noodles. Also very low fat, healthy and tasty, and quick. what more can you ask for."
