"Me & my OH thought this was lovely although I can see why the sweet potato could be a bit sweet for some. I added some sliced red pepper with the onion to get some extra veg. Will also give it a try with cous cous, yum. It's so quick to make too."

"I thought this was very tasty. I used skinless chicken breasts, crushed a couple of garlic cloves and put it in the marinade and I chopped the chilli's and sprinkled them on top then layed the lime on top. I did cover it with foil for the 1st 15 mins so it didn't dry out and it worked well. I served it with homemade salsa."

"This is the 1st time I've ever tried Quinoa and I quite liked the texture. I threw in some spinach and mostly halved the recipe and I thought it was really tasty. Will definately make again."

"So easy to make, I'm now wondering why I ever bought frozen wedges. Next time I think I'll have them with a barbeque dip though or just plain mayo, not that the dip wasn't nice I just wasn't convinced the Dijon went with Jerk flavouring."
