    "I too was rather dubious about this recipe so I tweaked it by adding a sachet of coconut cream to the milk. I didn't use frozen veg either but just threw in a little of whatever was in the fridge. Totally delicious! Even without the changes I made I still think this would be really tasty. "

    "This is really good! I put mine in a Mackie's tub (previously my favoirite ice cream) and I can barely tell the difference! I added some vanilla seeds too coz I just felt like it. Looks great, tastes great, and no odd mouth feel like some have commented on. And better yet it was so so easy!"

    "Saw the recipe late last night, 10 minutes later I was done and off to bed, couldn't be easier! (I used fast action dried yeast for all those enquiring.) The dough was very very sticky so instead of flour, which just makes things stick more, I rubbed my hands with sunflower oil. It still stuck to everything but was a bit more manageable. Absolutely hassle free, so long as you don't mind a bit of stick!"

    "The dough was great and I'll be using it again but I wasn't so keen on the filling. Super sweet and super sticky, since we're only a small family half the batch went uneaten as they were just a bit too sweet and they don't seem to reheat too well. Not that they weren't great but be warned it's quite the sugar hit! I also halved the amount of cinnamon as I'm not keen on it and it worked well, just a hint without being overwhelming. "

    Jewelled orange & wine jellies

    "I made it with sparkling grape juice instead of wine. In step two instead of waiting 15 minutes and seeing any thickening I waited 2 hours then gave up and just carried on. Worked out fine in the end!"
