Spider web chocolate fudge muffins

"Really easy. Followed recipe but decorated as for spider muffins recipe for a Halloween party. I used apple laces instead of liquorice for the legs. Muffins were light and fluffy and seem to keep well but they need milk or white choc drops adding to mix or something extra as not very chocolatey."

"I added a finely diced clove of garlic and a tin of butter beans. I used 1/2 carton of passata and a tin of chopped tomatoes. I cooked it in my slow cooker overnight on low. Perfect. Served 6 with garlic bread. I would add a chopped green pepper next time. I didn't have a cinnamon stick but didn't miss it as the Chorizo I used was very spicy and provided enough warmth. I chopped it fairly small and my 4 year old loved it."

"I used 2/3 of the recipe which filled my slice pan nicely. It made 8 large ghosts but there were quite a lot of small off cuts from cutting out the design. I dipped my wooden spoon in hot water to help smooth of the crispy mixture when filling the tin and stop it from sticking. Not too bad to make but very sickly! If I make again I would cut them smaller into squares then triangles and call them witches hats and just ice a few stars etc on them. Would mean no lolly sticks are necessary and not so much waste! Might also be less rich with milk or plain chocolate mixture."

"This recipe made about 36 cookies for me. I added a tbsp of maple syrup and 1tsp mixed spice. They were yummy for a Halloween and Bonfire Party."

"I used good quality sliced cheese on the top with extra dried herbs sprinkled on. I used one more garlic clove and softened one diced onion with the courgette. I also added some pesto and dried mushrooms to the passata. Low fat Marscapone makes it a little creamier. This is a regular in our house. We are trying to eat less meat and my meat loving husband loves this! I have used this as a side dish as well as a main course. Our 4 year old also loves it."
