"these are delicious when they are finally cooked. Gas mark 4 is too low, had them in for near on an hour and still weren't crispy enough. after turning up the heat tho to gas mark 6 they were yummy."

"as per a reccomendation from a friend i dice these and cover them in the seasoning individually. They are a hit with my 10 year old and his dad who normally cooks them, we serve them up with spanish potatoes and salad and left overs are great eaten as a cold snack later with the lemon mayo."

"I have to follow a very low fat diet and i love my roasted potatoes. This recipe is perfect as i can still have the roasties without the fat. Thanks"
