"I tried this on an evening where the upboards were particularly bare so used bottled lemon juice and some Coleman's mint sauce in place of the fresh bits - still tasted lovely, and really quick and healthy!"

"Delicious! I didn't have cumin seeds so used ground cumin, and also was out of ginger so used ginger paste from a tube. Turned out lovely and really quick and easy. Will definitely do this one again."
