    "I've made these a few times now, the ingredients are always in my cupboard and you can whip up a batch in minutes. A must try for every biscuit/cookie/sweet fan. I may take Mellowmark's advice and play about with the quantities and experiment with more oats and less coconut/sugar next time."

    "These cakes are a visual delight, they're a little grainy in texture and not too sweet, and very filling, they went down well. Don't leave the strawberries on the top for too long, after a day it had virtually soaked up the icing sugar, still tasty though.     "This cake was so easy to make, it looks impressive and the marshmallow crisps nicely and tastes delicious when caramelised and cooled. No-one could place that it was actually marshmallow on the top. I used a 21cm round tin and make cupcakes with the excess, 1 marshmallow and 1 raspberry on the top of each. The middle of this cake looked a touch uncooked, but still tasted fine, perhaps it just can't fully bake through in the time suggested?"
