Spanish beans with chicken & chorizo

"Good mid week supper easy and quick - the only thing I would change is that I would cut the chorizo into smaller pieces next time."

"We really enjoyed this easy to make and delightful to eat dish. I left it in the oven for 30 minutes longer than recipe time,the meat was meltingly tender and the sauce had reduced to a gorgeous gooey syrup, no need to reduce at all. Will difinitely do again and again."

"Have cooked this dish many times, but did it for the first time for vegetarian guests, using veggie sausage leaving out the panceta and using vegetable stock, mixed with the lentils this was a really satisfying meal, even my meat loving oh had a taste of the veggie version and said how tasty the meal was - filling tasty and cheap - what more could you ask for!!"

"I ccoked this for supper, and it was absolutely delicious!! We sat at the table long after we should have left eating the delicious crackling and soft melting meat. Wouldn't change a things, and would definitely make again and again and again!"

"This was quick, easy and good to eat. I used only one jar of passata and made up the difference with red wine, I also found that it needed more oregano than suggested, but the cream cheese and herbs in the white sauce was lovely, will do this again when making lasagne."
