"I cannoit see the point of oven roasting the vegetables, in oil, before cooking the pizza; surely if they had been friedionavery little oil the juices, and flavour, in the pan could then be transferred to the dough base. Also a yeast dough is always better than a scone dough, even if there is not along time for proving, is easily made while the veg are cooking, and is delicious when "fried" in apan"
