    "I subbed tenderstem broccoli but otherwise did it as suggested and everyone loved it. I blanched the broccoli before adding to the pan. The children and OH liked more of the sauce poured over, I served it with rice. Will do again."

    "Easy to make, the most time consuming part is chopping the cherries. I baked my first tray in my fan oven at 170c but turned it down to 160c for the other one. Taking note of the other comments I made the cookies at a large marble size and got ten to a tray, have made 18 so far and still have dough left. They taste great, I added some chopped pistachios because they were leftover from something else."

    "In my rush to get this prepped, I didn't notice the mention of garlic and didn't put it in. Perhaps if I had, it would have given the recipe more oomph. As it was, it was tasty but not remarkable. I will do this recipe again but with the garlic. A good recipe to prepare ahead."

    "Not as good as I had hoped. I think the lemons were probably too acidic, it tasted like a sharp apple juice. I will try again since I like to make an effort for the non-alcholic drinkers."

    Roasted butternut squash with goat's cheese

    "I cooked it longer than recommended and meant to sub feta for the goat's cheese but forgot to do so. Still, it turned out really well and was enjoyed by those who like butternut squash but didn't convert any those who don't (the younger generation in my family). My hopes weren't high on that score."
