"Pasta bakes are easy and this is about as good as one gets. I added a tomato tapenade to the sauce for extra flavour. Those complaining that they wouldn't serve it up for a dinner party should feel ashamed that that they would serve pasta bake at a dinner party in the first place."

"Very bland I'm afraid. Took the advice of a couple of the posters here; sweated some onion and garlic first, added stock rather than water, used pork and veal instead of beef, but it wasn't enough to save it. And by the way, it does say 1-1½ tablespoons of curry paste, not teaspoons as some are suggesting. "

"Agree with the statement above. Way too much lemon. Honey would have been a good idea - I should have read further. All in all, not very satisfying."

"Shame I have to give it one star. This really should be a very simple 'nothing can go wrong' recipe. 300ml of milk, 150g of plain flour and 2 eggs will give you perfect batter. Fry the sausages off a bit first. Some recipe's deserve to be taken off this site, and this is one of them."
