"Made this for Valentine's day pudding. Really lovely tasting - quite unusual as the oreos and sour cream make it not as sweet as you would expect. I halved the recipe and it still made 8 largish slices! I also used extra low fat cream cheese and reduced fat sour cream. The only problem was that it cracked during cooking and the middle sank slightly once it was cooled. Luckily, I managed to cover it up with the sour cream!"
