"This is a fantastic recipe, the list of ingredients can look daunting but it just means you have a enough to make it more than once. Is perfect for a dinner with the left overs making a delicious lunch. Vegetarians and meat lovers will both enjoy this!"

"I love this recipe, so much so 4 of us had it for Christmas lunch last year, so easy but special at the same time. I've also tried it with chicken thigh on the bone, cooking time really depends on individual ovens, mine tends to run a bit hot so I turn it down to about 120 instead."

Sticky chicken with sherry, almonds & dates

"I love this recipe, I have made it about 4 different occasions. Great for mid week entertaining as you fry a few little bits, prepare a sauce then put it in the oven to work its magic. I don't always have sherry, so I find stock works just as well - hasn't failed to please yet!"
