"Is it just me, but if I had a fresh tuna steak I wouldn't cook it so much I could flake it... isn't that the point of using CHEAP tins of tuna?? On another note, this recipe is delicious."

"Brilliant cake, will be keeping this one on standby. I made it in between cooking a chilli con carne, washing a loads of dishes and putting a load on... its non complicated and failure free. My tip is never use expensive chocolate, your cake will taste too bitter not to mention the cost involved. Sainsbury or Waitrose have really good home brands."

"This is a fantastic recipe, the list of ingredients can look daunting but it just means you have a enough to make it more than once. Is perfect for a dinner with the left overs making a delicious lunch. Vegetarians and meat lovers will both enjoy this!"

"I love this recipe, so much so 4 of us had it for Christmas lunch last year, so easy but special at the same time. I've also tried it with chicken thigh on the bone, cooking time really depends on individual ovens, mine tends to run a bit hot so I turn it down to about 120 instead."
