"Made this with lamb instead of pork and it was delicious. The aubergine and the spices worked perfectly with the lamb. Served it with cous cous and it tasted a bit like one of the Moroccan tagine dishes. Will definately do this one again."

"Made this last night, exactly as directed. Meat was lovely and tender but I found the sauce far tto sweet. Next time I would reduce the honey by half."

"Used semi skimmed milk instead of single cream. If you use slightly less stock than the recipe suggests and slightly more milk thank the 142 ml suggested for single creme the resul is stil lovely and creamy. "
