"This was so easy to make. It's very rich though. If in a hurry leave to set in the freezer for 20-30 mins & then remove back to the fridge. That's what I did. I also used golden syrup for the base mixed in with the digestive & had no problem with it crumbling & I used slightly less digestives. Didn't realise the packet was slightly under the required amount."

"this was really tasty. i used slightly more carrots than the recipe asked for & my soup came out really thick. i added a little bit of water to loosen it. delicious!!"
