"This is a delicious, different dish that is hearty and perfect for Winter. I didn't make the dumplings first time around, but I'm going to be making this again as a meal for entertaining and will be attempting the dumplings then. I like the orange in it, it adds a homey taste to the casserole."

"Really delicious, hearty stew. Didn't change much from the recipe, the only thing I did was put the lamb back in for a while with the vegies (longer than the four recommended minutes), then when I felt the lamb was cooked through I put in the frozen peas. As soon as the stew came to the boil again, it was ready."

"I often make chicken stew, so this was lovely for something different. I also added potatoes to make it more filling. I recommend placing the whole fish fillet into the stew, rather than chopping it up. That way, as it cooks it will flake and break apart rather crumble."

"Delicious bread! When I make it next time, I'll be adding more salt, though - but then I was very thorough with the washing of the courgette so maybe that was why it didn't taste salty enough? It's quite fiddly getting the vegies ready, but it's worth it in the end. Very tasty, wholesome and different."

"Very simple and tasty dish. Warming and wholesome. I found it too thick as well, though, so would recommend keeping an eye on it and adding a bit more veg stock if needed (otherwise it ends up with the consistency of sweet potato mash!). I made it as a side to the courgette & mushroom bread. "
