"Really nice. Served them in crusty rolls with fried onions, tomato chutney and Mayo on bonfire night and they were a big hit. Will def do again and try the sauce on chicken."

"I used smoked paprika and low fat sour cream instead of fromage frais. Worked well but the sauce was far too runny. I'll make it without the beef stock next time. I don't think it needs it."

"really easy and really tasty. Had them with chicken breasts stuffed with cream cheese, garlic and fresh basil, wrapped in bacon and a salad. Will definitely do again!!"

"Really nice. Didn't add any water and it didn't need it. Also put the chorizo in with the onions so that they cooked in the flavoured oil that was released. Made for 8 people and everyone loved it!"
