Classic scones with jam & clotted cream

"Have never managed to make scones scones that rise before - these were perfect! Also, I only had plain flour, so I added 4tsp of baking powder per 8oz flour (6 tsp in all, plus the extra one in the recipe) and they turned out perfectly. Will be making them again, probably tomorrow by popular demand......"
