"This was pretty nice. I wasn't completely convinced when I read the recipe but gave it a go to use up some courgettes from the garden and a bag of seafood that had been in the freezer for a while. Cooked the courgettes on the griddle pan which gave them a great flavour. A pretty easy meal to assemble and tasted pretty good. I would make it again."

"Great recipe. I boiled the potatoes whilst the oven heated up to speed up the cooking time as it was mid-week. Would definitely make again."
