    "I loved this! I didn't use pre-rolled puff pastry, and the amount that I got from the roll-it-yourself was slightly more than the pre-rolled, which meant that the amount of cheese was just right :-) I added black pepper; would possibly add some thyme next time as well."

    "Quick update - I made a double batch for a party, and only put one egg in (by accident - I got distracted!). This made them squidgier than previous batches (as in - the bottom of the pile got stuck to the row above!); however, I then reheated for about 5 mins on a low heat, and served with strawberries and icecream (we had Devon Clotted cream and fudge, but a white choloate or vanilla would work just as well) - delicious!"

    "This is a fantastic recipe - I've already made it four times; three times with a Gala melon (couldn't find Cantaloupe) and once with a Watermelon! I don't have an icecream maker, so do the stirring by hand. It is so easy to do - I would even debate the 30 minutes preparation (depends on how long it takes you to carve out a melon - I can do it in under 10 mins) - I have it in the freezer in 20 mins or so. It tastes about half way between a sorbet and an icecream - a definite winner!"

    "I love this recipe - I've added in some extra chilli on the request of my husband. The only issue that I have is that I can't mix the paste up in my food processor - it just sticks to the edge. I've ended up grinding it up with my pestle and mortar, which is a bit more time consuming. I also bulk it out with onions, cauliflower etc."
