"Mikeandandy - this is golden syrup. I've also made this using drinking chocolate in the base instead of chocolate. No idea how much - just kind of chucked until it seemed like the right consistency. Now crunchie bars.... that sounds good! Will have to try that. But think I'll top it with milk chocolate - can't quite get my head round the idea of crunchie bars with white chocolate."
