    Moroccan-style chicken with lentils

    "Soooo tasty! Done this to the letter, had no problems at all, the lentils make for a lovely thick sauce. Well received by the family and will definitely be making again, Served this with basmati and wild rice, with green beans on the side, Delicious"

    "Made this for the family yesterday and it was a huge success. If you can do use the ox kidney which isnt always easy to get, but is much nicer than the lamb or pigs kidney. I didnt have the Swiss marigold but used beef stock instead, and used a diabetic recipe from my mums cookbook to do the pastry. The filling was fantastic, boodles of taste, and a great reminder of how tasty some of our traditional recipes are. Will definitely be making this again, well worth the effort :-) "

    "Made my own curry paste as suggested on the recipe, was a bit apprehensive as it didnt look like it was going to be enough..... followed the recipe and it was the best curry ive ever made. Much better than using shop paste and very straightforward to make. Got the big thumbs up from the family, will definitely be making this again, Highly recommended. if you like it spicey just add an extra chilli when making the paste l Very pleased Yum :-)"

    Strawberry & white chocolate mousse cake

    "so easy to make and is delicious. I was worried this was going to be sickly but it was just right. So simple to do with minimum effort, and was loved by everyone, will definitely be making this one again. Found it set very well by chilling it overnight. "
