"Just made these for my daughters 2nd birthday party. Cakes are lovely and very moist (used the tip of adding some of the juice of the orange). Only thing I would change is to add some sultanas and walnuts. Bit disappointed by the frosting - most other recipes seem to have loads more icing sugar and I think maybe this recipe needs a little more."

"Very easy cheescake recipe. Have made with raspberries and blueberries and also with a frozen summer fruits mix which also worked well. I also added some crushed walnuts into the base for a extra bit of nuttiness and it went down a treat. Also always make with one tub of light Philly and one full fat."
