"This was quick and easy and what great results. The cake is soft and light and the icing is a breeze to make and use. Looks great, tastes great - will be doing this one again! Though I may do it in a 20cm cake tin, so it's a bit taller."

"this was easy and fun with my 2.5yr old. i made it in a 28 x 18cm tin and it was still a good size and height, though because the tin was not greased the edges weren't smooth where the lining paper buckled. tasted fab after 40mins, chewy edges and squidgy/fudgy middle. got great reviews from my friends."
