"This made an excellent family summer lunch, the flavours were just right, tasty but light. but I made it with shortcrust pastry (I cheated and used ready made pastry....(far too hot to be stuck in the kitchen!!!) and like before made a big one instead of individual ones, served it with jersey royals and a rocket salad. Will defo be making it again very soon."

"I'm a true 'foodie' but am rubbish when it comes to baking cakes....until now... I made this cake for family and friends who were very impressed (they have tasted my cakes before!!!!) and they loved it, even asking for more :) and instead of using just plain chocolate I used 2 x 100g 'Lindt excellence orange intense' chocolate and covered the whole cake which worked really well with the orange flavoured sponge and I think next time I am going to try a small drop of cointreau in to the orange syrup mixture to give it a bit more 'kick'"

"I made these for a starter and they went down a treat, very tasty but simple to do and can be prepared well in advance, will be trying these again with parmesan as mentioned above and also would be nice with the chilli, corriander and lime butter for a thai twist :)"

"WE'RE OFF TO BARCELONA NEXT WEEK SO WANTED SOMETHING TO GET US IN TO THE MOOD....THIS HIT THE MARK, DELICIOUS, WILL DEFINATELY BE LOOKING OUT FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS ON THE MENUS OUT THERE. DID PUT TWICE AS MUCH CHORIZO IN THOUGH AS I DIDN'T THINK 75G WAS ENOUGH. :)"

"I cannot believe how quick and easy this recipes is, I'm not a big lemon meringue fan but really enjoyed this, so refreshing after a stodgy main course, although my sister found it a little too sweet but she is not really a pudding person, everyone else liked it very much, I also made it the day before, and as other people have said on here I took it out of the freezer a good hour before eating. I am going to a bbq in a couple of week (weather permitting) and will make this to take along with me. would be a perfect summer dessert."
