"I added chickpeas and corriander about half way through the cooking and a put the sweet potatoe in raw, just cooked it longer and slowly (it is very accomodating). Next time may add greek yogurt to serve, but it's lovely without. "

"I added chickpeas and corriander about halfway through the cooking and I didn't cook the sweet potatoe first, just cooked it longer and slowly. May also try adding some greek yogurt at the end, but it is still lovely without this."

"Fab little puds. I used Total 0% fat greek yogurt and put a few crushed digestives in the base before the fruit. I served them in martini glasses and they really looked the business. I have made them with both blackberries and raspberries but the raspberry and lemeon is a combination made in heaven. The were so quick too!"
