"I made this for friends coming for mid-week supper - we all loved it! Veg cooked nice and soft, sausages nice and tasty, and really glad I did the garlic toast despite demands from the other half that mash would go better! Easy to make leaving time to gossip with the girls whilst it cooked :)"

"A bit too horseradishy for my liking. I was suprised everyone had commented on how the lemon overpowers but not the horseradish! I really like all the ingredients so was expecting something special but was a little disappointed. Glad it was christmas leftovers and not a dinner party!"

Lemon drizzle cake

"Maybe I'm a bit new to baking - well I had to get a loaf tin to start with! But the dimensions of the tin were confusing. I bought 10x18 tin thinking it looked small - it was rim edge to edge! So I'm guessing I need a 2lb loaf tin? I currently have a half size cake baking away...."

"I think I may have over filled the chicken as quite a bit of the cheese came out - though useful to make the sauce! I thought it was overlemony but my chap thought it was just fine. Very tasty chicken though. Oh and I removed the skin too, is there any need for it when you're wrapping the breast anyway?"
