"Very easy and very lovely! I cut the sugar to 1 tbsp as 2tbsp sounded like a lot to add to what are already sweet vegetables. Roasted a little longer and added feta instead of goats cheese and some pumpkin seeds instead of almonds. I had planned to serve this alongside some chicken but decided that it was a meal in itself and needed nothing else! Will make again and try with the goats cheese next time. Looked gorgeous too."

"A good recipe for using up leftover pasta which we often have. Needs plenty of seasoning, I added some nutmeg to cheese sauce and used a good mature cheddar (as made my own cheese sauce) Served with a tomato salad it was great."

"A great recipe. I never got around to making the topping and it was still delicious, a bit like a big chocolate brownie cake! I think the topping would be good if making for a special occasion though and I think it would be fine without the nuts if you are not a nut lover."
