"Great easy recipe. I decorated mine with raspberries instead of oranges just as a personal preference. When mixing the cream chese, mascapone, sugar and milk together there were a few lumps, but I managed to smooth these out with a very quick whisk with the electric hand whisker, which I was already using to whisk the double cream. Will definitely make again!"
