"Made this at a dinner party; it was s disaster! It was totally bland and the texture was awful: the tomatoes and aubergine were watery and the tomatoes cheese didn't bake well in 5 mins. Never making this again - it was an embarrassment."

"Very nice and tastes delicious! I've made this quite a few times now but have altered the filling slightly (I used 4 eggs, 150ml single cream and 300ml double cream) to give it a firmer and less soggy consistency."

"I altered the recipe due to lack of ingredients (substituted mascrapone for ricotta & added some spring onions) but it still turned out delicious. Wonderful risotto recipe; tried it the second time with pan fried salmon and they went together really well. A firm favourite. Will become a regular in our household :-)"
