"Made this at the weekend (followed recipe but left out adding the peas, which I added - along with some chickpeas - when I reheated for dinner in the evening. I didn't have any garam masala but used a curry paste instead, which worked fine. The only other thing I changed when cooking it was halved the amount of oil used. Will definitely be making this again."

"Really delicious. Only draw back was I only managed to get 6 fish cakes rather than the 8 suggested. Nevertheless, shall definitely be making again."

"I've made this twice now, and it is absolutely fantastic. The only change to the recipe I made, was that I used a bit less parmesan than 50 g. I will definitely be growing pumpkins again next year, for this recipe alone!"

"Have made this twice so far, and will definitely make again in the future. The first time I did it, I didn't have any fresh parsley, so used some dried mixed herbs and they tasted just as good. Excellent easy and tasty recipe."
