"when people are saying they cooked the fish on top of the sauce, are they just plonking the fish on top of the sauce and letting the sauce simmer? never heard this before!"

"cant beleive how easy this receipe was.....and unlike the currys from our takeway not greasy nor has that orange film to it....will be cooking it again. didnt have chopped tomatos with garlic at my supermarket so used chopped tomatos and a couple of cloves of crushed garlic....tasted good!"
