    "Turned out much more appetising looking than the picture here! We didn't bother with the token sprinkling of rocket and did a side salad instead. I added a few slices of red pepper and some oregano to the mix and sprinkled some chilli flakes on once cooked. My very particular hubby loved it :)"

    "Bonewhite- you can't really compare calories directly as it depends on portion size. The portions for this cake are quite small in comparison to a big wedge of cake which would obviosly have more cals! This cake is a bit lowere on cal and fat content as it doesn't have any buttercream. But, most importantly, it's only gorgeous!!! "

    "This was nice, but even with the juice of just half a lemon it was an overpowering flavour. If you like this I highly recommend the smoked salmon and lemon risotto on this site which is delicious."

    "This is gorgeous. Will definitely be a regular in our house. Added some white wine before the stock and also substituted half fat creme fraiche for the mascarpone. Will add/serve with asparagus next time."

    Squid, chickpea & chorizo salad

    "This is wonderful. Unfortunately my fussy husband isn't keen on chickpeas so I leave those out and serve it with some foccacia or add orzo instead of chickpeas. Like Yum Yum I substitute most of the parsley with rocket. Oh and I cheat and use roast peppers from a jar :) Will definitely try it with chickpeas one day when cooking for someone less picky!"
