"I did these at weekend for 12 people but the weather was not up to a BBQ even here in Spain. I cooked them in the oven covered in the marinade till tender and then uncovered them and turned the temp up til lovley and sticky. A real winner"

"I made this cake for the first time on Thursday, I live in Spain and cannot get Bramleys, so I used Granny Smiths. I needed to leave it in the oven a little longer than stated but this just could be my oven. It was a real winner, I run a guesthouse and we are having a special weekend and all the guests are on a full board basis. I cut the cake into squares and served it with afternoon tea really yummy"
