"Me and Neavesy filleted the whole trout, seasoned the trout with garlic and lemon and slowly fried untill golden. We then added to the pasta and it was amazing. We didn't use smoked trout just normal whole trout filleted and seasoned. Very Nice Indeed. Easter Good Friday 2008 "
